Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start your return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your CLEARSTEM products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
